Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship same-day if ordered before 3 PM EST Mon-Fri. Lift kits and oversized items can take 1-3 business days to leave the warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Continental US: 2-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam: 5-10 business days. International: 7-21 days depending on customs.

My tracking hasn't updated. What now?

Carriers can take 24-48 hours to scan after pickup. If it's been longer than that, use the "look it up" form and we'll dig in.

Wrong item or damaged shipment?

Take photos of the box, label, and product, then use the "look it up" form. We'll get a replacement out the same day.
